Cyrtochilum funis

Cyrtochilum funis is a small pseudobulbous epiphyte with a terrestrial growth habit. It occurs from central Colombia to Ecuador in dense upper montane cloud forests at elevations of 2600 to 3600 metres under wet tropical conditions. The plant prefers cold temperatures and partial shade and blooms in winter, spring, summer, fall and late winter.
