Dendrobium subclausum

Dendrobium subclausum is a pseudobulbous epiphyte from Maluku to New Guinea. It occurs in northern Papua and New Guinea and the Molucca Islands mostly above 2000 meters in wet tropical conditions. This cool growing species prefers partial sun and blooms in winter from clusters surrounding the previous year's cane.
