Epidendrum tetraceros

Epidendrum tetraceros is a medium-sized epiphyte with a lithophytic growth habit. It occurs from Costa Rica to Panama in wet montane forests on cliffs at 1800 to 2400 metres under a wet tropical climate with cool temperatures and partial shade. The species blooms in summer and was first described in 1852.
