Moth orchid
Phalaenopsis gigantea is a large epiphytic orchid from Borneo. It occurs in lowland to hill forests in Sabah and Sarawak in wet tropical conditions with an intermediate temperature preference. Blooms appear in summer, autumn, late summer and early autumn.
