Pleurothallis inornata

Pleurothallis inornata is a miniature epiphyte native to cloud forests in Ecuador's Morona-Santiago province at 1700 to 1800 metres elevation. It grows in wet tropical conditions with a preference for cool temperatures and produces blooms in summer. The species, first described in 1989, is called the Unadorned Pleurothallis owing to its resemblance to other members of Section Macrophylla-fasciculatae.
