Vanda Rothschildiana is a hybrid in the genus Vanda. Its seed parent is the species Vanda coerulea, native to Arunachal Pradesh to China (south Yunnan) and Indo-China. Its pollen parent is the species Vanda sanderiana, native to Philippines (Mindanao). Chassaing registered it with the RHS in 1931.
