Eria javanica

Eria javanica is a medium sized epiphytic orchid known as the Javanese Eria. It occurs in southern China, northeastern India, Sikkim, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Sumatra, Java, Borneo, Celebes, Moluccas, New Guinea and the Philippines in lowland forests on mangroves, in swamp forests and lower montane laurel forests. The plant prefers cool temperatures and partial shade and bears fragrant flowers in spring and summer.
