Paphiopedilum Deception II is a grex in the genus Paphiopedilum. Its seed parent is Paphiopedilum delenatii, a species native to China (Yunnan, south-east Sichuan, north Guangxi) to Vietnam, and its pollen parent is Paphiopedilum niveum, a species native to Peninsula Thailand to north Peninsula Malaysia, Borneo (Tambelan Islands). Cooke registered the grex with the RHS in 1942.
