Sobralia crocea

Sobralia crocea is a small terrestrial perennial or epiphyte known as the saffron yellow sobralia. It is native to Nicaragua to Venezuela and Peru where it grows in wet montane forests at 1700 to 2700 metres. This species prefers intermediate temperatures and partial shade in wet tropical climates and blooms in winter and spring.
