Sobralia rosea

Sobralia rosea is a giant terrestrial perennial. It occurs from west South America to north-west Venezuela in wet montane forests on steep brush or grass covered slopes at 200 to 3300 metres. The wet tropical species prefers cool temperatures and partial sun and blooms in winter spring and fall when fragrant.
