Elleanthus oliganthus

Elleanthus oliganthus is a large terrestrial orchid from west South America. It occurs in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia at elevations of 200 to 2700 metres in dry montane forests. The plant grows in wet tropical climates under cold temperatures and partial shade, blooming in winter and spring.
