Eurychone orchids

Eurychone species are epiphytic subshrubs from wet tropical climates. They range from west Tropical Africa to Uganda at elevations of 1100 to 1200 metres. The plants are miniature and prefer hot temperatures. Most species are recorded as fragrant. Their main bloom seasons fall in fall.

Three species are catalogued. An example species is Eurychone rothschildiana.
