Grammangis orchids

Grammangis species are large pseudobulbous epiphytes with a typical growth habit that is epiphytic. They come from north and east Madagascar where the climate is wet tropical. The temperature preference is hot. Most species are recorded as fragrant. The main bloom seasons are spring and summer.

Two species are catalogued along with one hybrid. Grammangis ellisii is an example species.
