Holcostylis orchids

Holcostylis is an artificial hybrid genus. Its registered hybrids combine Rhynchostylis and Holcoglossum. Species of Rhynchostylis are epiphytic subshrubs from Hainan to Malesia, Indo-China and from south Yunnan and south-west Guizhou in China to Tropical Asia. They grow in wet tropical climate. Species of Holcoglossum are epiphytic subshrubs from south-east Yunnan and south-west Guangxi in China to north Vietnam, from south Yunnan to Indo-China and from south-west Sichuan and north-west Yunnan in China. They also grow in wet tropical climate.
