Procatavola orchids

Procatavola is an artificial hybrid genus whose registered hybrids combine Brassocattleya, Prosthechea and Cattleychea. Species of Prosthechea come from Mexico to Central America, north-west Venezuela to Ecuador, Guyana, south Florida, the Caribbean and south-east Mexico to Guatemala. They are pseudobulbous epiphytes in wet tropical climate.
