Rangaeris orchids

Rangaeris species come from tropical and south Africa. They are epiphytic or lithophytic chamaephytes with a typical epiphytic growth habit. These medium sized plants occur in wet tropical climates at elevations from 400 to 1400 metres. They prefer hot temperatures. Blooming takes place mainly in fall.
