About Schombocattleya
Schombocattleya is an artificial hybrid genus whose registered hybrids combine Cattleya and Schomburgkia. Cattleya species are pseudobulbous epiphytes from north Venezuela, WC. and south-east Brazil, south-east and south Brazil. They occur in a seasonally dry tropical climate.
Six hybrids are catalogued.
