About Zygopabstia
Zygopabstia is an artificial hybrid genus. Its registered hybrids combine Zygopetalum, Pabstia and Zygoneria. Zygopetalum species are pseudobulbous epiphytes from north Peru to Brazil, east and south Brazil to north-east Argentina and south-east and south Brazil in wet tropical climate. Pabstia species are pseudobulbous epiphytes from Brazil in Espírito Santo to Santa Catarina and Espírito Santo to Rio de Janeiro in seasonally dry tropical climate.
