Elleanthus fractiflexus

Elleanthus fractiflexus is a small epiphyte with terrestrial growth habit. It occurs from Panama to Peru on steep embankments in very wet montane forests at elevations of 900 to 2500 metres in a wet tropical climate. The species prefers intermediate temperatures and partial shade and blooms in fall winter and early winter.
